Spent my new year at this hotel. Good place for those who want to be close to the pier and near the nightlife. The breakfast was enough to get me up and moving after a night out. The staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The hot shower was a nice touch as it was cold outside. The room had plenty of space for my belongings.
The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and I had trouble connecting to the Internet. The bed was hard and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to many restaurants and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was also friendly and helpful during my Easter weekend stay.
The room I was given had no windows and felt very claustrophobic.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to this city and I loved the location. It is centrally located and within walking distance to the town area, which had many restaurants and a night market. The hotel facilities were new and spotlessly clean, especially my room which was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were amazing and provided me with transportation services including a driver to the airport and a boat tour. Lastly, the breakfast was decent and provided me with a good start to the day.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel or my stay in this city.

Large and bright room with floor to ceiling windows. Newly built hotel, clean room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient location, close to pier and restaurants
Nothing to complain about at all.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of town, close to the lake and night market — making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in the center of town, the street the hotel is situated on is relatively quiet. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and had basic facilities like air conditioning.
One aspect of the service wasn't great, but it was likely a misunderstanding. We were initially recommended to purchase tour bookings and taxis through the hotel reception, which turned out to be more expensive than outside vendors.
